Continuous Improvement Manager
Hybrid - 2x days a week in Bristol
A leading & award-winning financial services software house are looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to help drive smarter, more efficient ways of working across the business. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and teams to identify opportunities, redesign processes and embed sustainable improvements that deliver measurable results.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse existing processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, duplication and improvement opportunities.
- Lead process mapping, discovery and improvement workshops.
- Design and implement effective future-state processes and standard ways of working.
- Establish clear ownership, accountability, governance and controls.
- Develop improvement plans and prioritise initiatives based on business value and impact.
- Support teams in implementing and embedding sustainable change.
- Track improvements and demonstrate measurable business benefits.
- Coach colleagues and promote structured problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Essential skills & experience

- Proven experience in continuous or process improvement / operational excellence.
- Strong knowledge of Lean principles and process optimisation. A Lean Six Sigma certification is advantageous!
- Excellent process mapping, analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management experience.
- Confident communicating and influencing at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Experience delivering measurable operational improvements.
- Highly organised, analytical and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Experience with process management or mapping tools.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- A practical, collaborative and results-focused approach to change.
