A leading global manufacturer is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Manufacturing Engineer to support the design, implementation, and optimisation of advanced automated production systems within a modern industrial environment.
This is a hands-on engineering role offering the opportunity to deliver high-impact automation projects, working across robotics, manufacturing technology, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement automated manufacturing solutions.
- Support the integration of robotic production equipment into operational environments.
- Drive process improvements focused on productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to deliver automation projects.
- Troubleshoot and optimise manufacturing systems and equipment.
- Contribute to future automation and Industry 4.0 initiatives.

About You
You will likely have experience in:
- Manufacturing automation, robotics, or industrial engineering.
- Robotic cell design, integration, or commissioning.
- Automated production environments.
- Mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics engineering.
- Continuous improvement and process optimisation. Experience with robotic welding applications would be advantageous but is not essential.
