The role is responsible for delivering accurate and timely business insights while driving projects that improve processes, automate reporting, and strengthen cross-functional collaboration. Working closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, HR, IT, and regional leadership, the Specialist identifies improvement opportunities, leads project execution, and implements sustainable solutions that improve productivity, reporting quality, and business performance.
Duties and Responsibilities
Business Analytics & Performance Reporting
- Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of operational performance reporting across the region.
- Prepare, consolidate, analyze, and distribute periodic and ad hoc business reports to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Develop meaningful business insights by analyzing operational & service performance, pipeline health, win rates, order trends, and key business metrics.
- Support Service Leaders during monthly SIOP discussions by providing data analysis, trend interpretation, and actionable recommendations.
Continuous Improvement & Project Management
- Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives that streamline business processes, improve reporting efficiency, and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis, stakeholder feedback, and operational reviews, and recommend sustainable solutions.
- Manage improvement projects from initiation through implementation, including planning, stakeholder engagement, execution, monitoring, risk management, and post-implementation review.
- Drive automation initiatives using technologies such as Power BI, Vega AI, Excel, and other digital tools to reduce manual effort and improve reporting accuracy.
- Develop standardized processes, documentation, and governance to support consistent execution across the region.
- Monitor project progress, communicate status updates to stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery against agreed timelines and objectives.
- Measure and report the business impact of improvement initiatives through defined performance metrics and KPIs.

- Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, IT, and regional leadership to drive alignment on business priorities and operational improvements.
- Act as the liaison between Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT to support system enhancements, reporting improvements, and process optimization.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to support business transformation initiatives and implement best practices across the organization.
- Challenge existing processes and proactively recommend innovative approaches that improve business performance and productivity.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5 years of experience in business analytics, engineering, consulting, or a related function.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects, process improvement initiatives, and business transformation programs.
- Project management skills an advantage, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and deliver results within agreed timelines.
- Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar structured problem-solving approaches is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook; experience with AI tools or other reporting automation tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to consolidate, interpret, and communicate complex business data into actionable insights.
- Experience working within a regional or global shared services environment supporting multiple countries and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills with strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship and account management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and committed to driving operational excellence through continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor team members and foster a collaborative, high-performing work environment.
