Today, we’re one global team united by bold thinking, relentless drive, and a passion to exceed expectations. If you’re ready to embrace change and make an impact in your career, let’s go.

Why This Role Matters

In this role, you will help strengthen manufacturing performance by supporting teams in applying structured optimization and continuous improvement practices. As a trusted partner to Manufacturing Unit and High Performance Unit teams, you will help turn operational insights into practical improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce losses, and create sustainable results.

Your contribution will help embed a consistent improvement culture across the plant, while developing the capabilities of leaders and associates through coaching, knowledge sharing, and hands-on collaboration.

What Will You Do?

  • Partner with Manufacturing Unit and High Performance Unit teams to support the consistent and sustainable application of plant optimization and Lean methodologies.
  • Coach and mentor leaders, associates, and project teams on structured improvement approaches, including Kaizen, DMAIC, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, SMED, Pareto analysis, and Go See.
  • Coordinate Focus Improvement activities, supporting project roadmaps, reviews, prioritization, and follow-up to help deliver measurable operational improvements.
  • Analyze performance and loss data to identify improvement opportunities, support root-cause analysis, and contribute to projects that enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Facilitate Kaizen events, Hopper sessions, best-practice reviews, and knowledge-sharing activities to strengthen collaboration and accelerate learning across teams.
  • Maintain improvement project information and support plant governance activities, ensuring progress, results, and best practices are clearly documented and shared.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
