About The Role

As Continuous Improvement Technician, you will support the delivery of Refresco's Operational Excellence and RMS framework across the Kegworth site. You will work closely with operational teams to ensure performance data is accurate, Continuous Improvement projects remain on track and improvement opportunities are identified and delivered effectively.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about Continuous Improvement to help drive sustainable performance gains while supporting the implementation of new processes, systems and ways of working.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the delivery of the site's Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence roadmap, ensuring projects remain on track and risks are escalated where required.
  • Managing OEE reporting and performance data accuracy, working closely with Operations and Engineering teams to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Delivering and supporting Continuous Improvement projects, including waste reduction, OEE improvement, Maintenance Excellence and RMS initiatives.
  • Providing training and support on EasyGo software and assisting with the transition from paper-based processes to digital solutions.
  • Working collaboratively with key stakeholders to implement sustainable improvements and embed new ways of working across the site.
  • Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to the Continuous Improvement Manager on deliverables, risks and support requirements.

About You

The successful candidate will be a motivated and organised Continuous Improvement professional with experience supporting operational improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.

You will be comfortable working independently, analysing performance data and engaging with stakeholders across multiple functions to drive positive change.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience working in a Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Team Leader or similar manufacturing-based role.
  • Strong understanding of Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies.
  • Proven ability to deliver measurable operational improvements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting performance and operational data.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.
  • Continuous Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent training or qualifications would be advantageous.
  • A proactive approach with a passion for driving excellence and sustainable improvement.
