Full Time (Job Share Considered) | Wimborne, Dorset | Monday-Friday

At Land Products, we've been creating and maintaining beautiful landscapes across Dorset and Hampshire for over 40 years. From schools and business parks to public spaces and prestigious developments, we're proud of the work we do—and even prouder of the team that makes it happen.

We're looking for a Contract Accounts Administrator to join our friendly office team. If you enjoy working with numbers, keeping things organised and being part of a supportive business where everyone pulls together, we'd love to hear from you.

This is much more than an accounts role. You'll become an important part of a close-knit team, helping ensure projects are invoiced accurately, payments are processed efficiently and our office runs smoothly.

Why work with us?

We know that people do their best work when they're supported, trusted and enjoy what they do.

We offer:

  • A welcoming and friendly office environment where people genuinely help one another.
  • A stable, well-established business with an excellent reputation.
  • A varied role where no two days are quite the same.
  • Flexibility and understanding around work-life balance.
  • Potential for some hybrid/home working once fully trained and established in the role.
  • Job share opportunities will be considered for the right candidates.
  • The opportunity to work in the rewarding landscaping and horticultural industry, helping create greener spaces across the region.
  • A supportive management team that values initiative and ideas.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
