  • Active fire protection: fire alarm design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance
  • Passive fire protection: fire stopping, compartmentation surveys, and remediation
  • Façade inspection, assessment, and remediation
  • Fire risk assessments and building compliance consultancy
  • Fire door inspection, maintenance, and replacement
  • Electrical engineering: mains infrastructure, power distribution, standby power, UPS/IPS, emergency lighting, and life-safety systems

With KLAR Partners' investment and strategic support, Ventro Group is positioned for significant expansion. This is an exciting time to join a business that is professionalising at pace, building best-in-class infrastructure, and making a genuine difference to the safety of buildings and the people who live and work in them.

The Role

As Commercial Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact within our Active Fire team for preplanned works - working closely and effectively with engineers, clients, and contractors to keep our service running smoothly. You'll manage the end-to-end process: scheduling engineers' diaries, booking visits, prioritising urgent works, and issuing reports, all while ensuring response times and compliance targets are consistently met. Day to day, you'll answer telephone calls and queries, input engineer report sheets to Salesforce, keep the database and customer portals up to date, raise Purchase Orders, order parts, and complete weekly reporting on works carried out. It's a fast-paced, high-volume role at the operational heart of our fire safety business - ideal for someone who's organised, calm under pressure, and takes pride in getting things right for the customer.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
