The Role

As a Contracts Administrator at RCC, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of the project through effective contract management, subcontractor administration and commercial support across the full project lifecycle.

Working closely with the Project Manager and broader delivery team, responsibilities will include:

  • Administration of subcontractor and supplier contracts
  • Managing variations, progress claims and contract documentation
  • Assisting with procurement and tender processes
  • Monitoring contractual compliance and project risk
  • Liaising with consultants, subcontractors and project stakeholders
  • Supporting forecasting, reporting and cost control processes
  • Managing project documentation and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with claims management and project closeout procedures

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a Contracts Administrator role within the construction industry
  • Exposure to residential, commercial or large-scale building projects
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Sound understanding of construction contracts and contract administration principles
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A collaborative and proactive approach to project delivery
  • Relevant Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Building qualifications
