What will you be doing?

As a Contract Administrator for British Engineering Services Group, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end contract management within our Consultancy Support Services Team, providing best-in-class service to our customers. You will coordinate quotations, scheduling, onboarding, and invoicing, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the life of each contract.

You will:

  • Take ownership of customer queries through to resolution
  • Plan and schedule inspections, supporting the wider service strategy
  • Follow agreed processes and procedures to deliver consistently high customer service
  • Build strong relationships with Engineers and provide guidance on customer requirements
  • Adapt to changing volumes, processes, and technologies with ease
  • Become a recognised expert in best practice across the team
  • Interpret, calculate, and analyse information to ensure accurate pricing
  • Develop strong systems knowledge to deliver excellent service
  • Manage customer interactions efficiently and professionally via phone and email
  • Plan and prioritise your workload in line with business needs
  • Ensure accurate billing and invoicing
