Freeway Business Solutions is a Bristol-based business energy broker. We manage energy contracts for businesses across the UK, which means a lot of renewal dates, variations and supplier paperwork to keep on top of. We're looking for a Contract Administrator to own that.
About the role
- Full-time, permanent, 37.5 hours per week
- Salary: £33,400 per annum (approx. £17.13 per hour)
- Location: 5 Skyline Park, Bristol, BS4 5EN
What you'll do
- Prepare, review and maintain contracts, agreements and supporting documentation
- Keep accurate records of contracts, renewals, variations, expiry dates and obligations
- Monitor contract performance and make sure deadlines and service requirements are met
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors and internal teams on contractual and admin matters
- Assist with quotations, purchase orders, invoices and supporting documentation
- Monitor payments, costs and expenditure linked to individual contracts
- Coordinate contract amendments, extensions and renewals
- Maintain electronic and paper contract files
- Help management with contract performance reports and management information
- Identify outstanding contractual matters and follow up
- Arrange and attend contract meetings where needed, preparing notes and follow-up actions

What we're looking for
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication
- Able to juggle multiple contracts, deadlines and priorities
- Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in contract administration, business administration, procurement, construction, property or facilities management is an advantage
- A relevant qualification in business administration, management or contract management is preferred, or equivalent experience
