This is a 12-month, part-time maternity cover role and is hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the contract lifecycle for all projects, from initial receipt through to signature and filing.
  • Coordinate client contract and engagement letter reviews, using LCA's agreed processes and AI tools, and escalate non-standard or higher-risk matters where required.
  • Ensure appropriate contractual and commercial documentation is in place before projects commence.
  • Maintain contract templates and manage contract management software, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate contract approvals and respond to routine contractual queries.
  • Produce monthly contract status reporting.
  • Support the smooth commercial handover of new business wins into project delivery.
  • Coordinate the monthly fee review process in line with LCA policy.
  • Maintain relevant new business information in HubSpot and support associated reporting.
  • Support improvements to commercial processes, systems and AI-enabled ways of working.

  • Experience working with commercial documentation, contracts or business processes.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
