Overview of Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to support the management and administration of contracts across our construction operations. The successful candidate will provide administrative support and coordinate communications between senior management, clients, subcontractors, and residents, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate contract records and databases
  • Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, clients, and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and contractual obligations
  • Produce reports and provide administrative support to project or commercial teams
  • Support contract managers with contract administration and reporting
  • Assist in resolving contractual issues and disputes

Education, Experience and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Contract Administration
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Knowledge of Social Housing contracts is advantageous
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and residents both over the phone and via email
  • Experience using job management systems
  • Strong team player with a practical, hands-on attitude and strong work ethic
