About the Role
Tenth Revolution Group are hiring a Contract Administrator to join their busy and fast-paced team at our global HQ in Newcastle - close to Central station.
We are a global recruitment agency, and you will be providing admin support to our German recruitment teams.
This is a great opportunity for someone either with sales experience who is looking to move into a more administrative support function, or someone who has worked supporting fast-paced sales teams.
Responsibilities
As Contract Administrator you will be responsible for the end-to-end administrative tasks and compliance validations relating to all placements made by our German recruitment teams. We are looking for someone who is able to work independently, has strong attention to detail and can remain positive and calm when last-minute things come up or deadlines are due!
You will also need to have strong verbal and written German skills, confidence in communicating with others outside of your team is also essential as you will be liaising daily with the sales teams around the world.

On a day-to-day basis your role will involve (but not limited to):
- Issue contracts via DocuSign;
- Validation of all Candidate documents submitted during onboarding;
- Ensuring full compliance with all country requirements;
- Data entry to maintain our internal CRM, accounting and timesheet systems;
- Provide quality customer service to Sales teams, Clients and Candidates;
- Assist with processing of Candidate background checks and drug screenings; ensuring that all preplacement requirements and qualifications are met, in line with Client contractual requests;
- Work closely with our Legal department to manage requests and updates to Client and Candidate agreements;
- Work collaboratively with Sales teams to ensure all issues are resolved;
- Support and suggest process improvements to assist the Support and Sales teams;
- Other ad hoc duties and projects as required within the role

Skills and Experiences We Are Looking For:
- Fluent/Native German language skills (written & spoken)
- Administrative experience, ideally in a Sales oriented, corporate environment (not essential);
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word;
- Experience using CRM/ERP systems such as Salesforce and Sage are ideal but not required
