Contract Administrator - Property

(£29,903 per annum, full-time, fixed term maternity cover, up to 9 months)


Job Role

An exciting Administrator opportunity has become available in our Property Team to cover maternity on a fixed term contract. The role supports the Contract Officer and Senior Contract Manager.

  • You’ll be a key member of the property team, sorting the day-to-day issues that arise, calling and dealing with tenants, raising works orders on the system and generally dealing with admin to support the contracts that include door and window programmes, kitchens and bathrooms, and servicing programmes.

  • You’ll need to be good at creating positive relationships internally because in this post you will be an important link between parts of the team and the rest of the business.

  • You’ll need to be highly organised, with great customer care skills as a large part of this role will involve contacting tenants. You’ll also need to have good IT skills and able to learn new systems quickly.

Location Details

The role will be based in our Sevenoaks Office however we offer a flexible approach to hybrid working with full-time employees averaging two days in the office per week.


Hours

Full-time, 37 hours, Monday- Thursday 08:45am- 17:15pm and Friday 08:45am- 16:45pm.


Additional Information

A full driving license and access to your own vehicle is desirable but not essential.
