Job Title: In-Life Contracts Management Administrator

Reading

This is an 8 month Fixed Term Role

About the role

We're looking for an In-Life Contracts Management Administrator to join our Operations team. You'll be responsible for managing customer service contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring accurate contract administration, billing and invoicing while delivering excellent service to customers and internal stakeholders.

Main duties

  • Create and maintain customer contract records.
  • Process billing, invoices and service charges.
  • Manage contract and invoice queries through to resolution.
  • Process annual increases and service terminations.
  • Support departmental projects and process improvements.
  • Work closely with customers and internal teams.

Experience and knowledge

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills.
  • Proactive team player.
