Contract and Concierge Administration Executive

up to £31k plus Travel Allowance and Benefits

Specialist tour operator, Kirker Holidays, is looking for an organised person to join its busy Administration Team as part of the Contracting, Sales and Marketing Teams.

Kirker needs a talented and energetic individual who has excellent attention to detail to ensure that the specialist roles in Contracting, Concierge and Sales are well-supported. This will allow the expert contractors to focus on supplier relationships whilst the contracts are checked, signed and uploaded onto the appropriate booking system which offers the Sales Team visibility quickly and efficiently. In addition, the Contract and Concierge Administration support role should help improve the speed and quality of the Concierge service provided to all clients and travel agents, particularly by booking tickets for museums and galleries in key destinations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
