Arden White Aviation & Aerospace Recruitment are currently recruiting for experienced B1 Licensed Engineers to join an established aviation maintenance organisation on an Outside IR35 contract basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for engineers holding a Boeing 737 Classic or 737NG type rating, offering a highly attractive 7 on / 7 off shift pattern and the flexibility that comes with an Outside IR35 contract.

The Role
As a B1 Licensed Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and certification activities on Boeing 737 aircraft, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with approved maintenance data and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance.
- Certifying maintenance within the scope of your licence and authorisations.
- Troubleshooting and rectifying aircraft defects.
- Completing inspections and component changes.
- Ensuring accurate completion of aircraft maintenance records.
- Working alongside other engineers and maintenance teams to maintain aircraft availability.
- Maintaining full compliance with Part-145 procedures and applicable CAA/EASA requirements.

What We're Looking For
- UK CAA Part-66 B1 Licence.
- Boeing 737 Classic or 737NG type rating.
- Relevant commercial aircraft maintenance experience.
- Previous experience within a Part-145 environment.
- Strong aircraft maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a professional engineering team.
- A strong focus on safety, quality and compliance.
- UK Right to Work – Mandatory Candidates must already have the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK.
Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available for this position and applications from candidates based outside the UK who do not already hold the right to work in the UK cannot be considered.
