Contract Business Analyst | Banking | Global Markets | Systems & Process Integration | UK Fully Remote
We've partnered with a leading financial services business that is looking for a Contract Business Analyst to join a global banking transformation project. We're looking for someone who can bridge the gap between business and technology, working closely with business, trading and operations teams to understand what needs to be achieved and define how different systems, processes and business areas can work together effectively.
The role will suit a Senior Business Analyst who has worked within a banking or global markets environment, understands complex business processes and systems, and has experience working on integration projects across different systems, processes or organisations.

Key Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years' experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong experience working within banking, financial services or global markets.
- Previous experience working closely with trading, business and operations teams.
- Strong understanding of business processes, systems and operational environments.
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology teams.
- Strong experience working on systems and process integration, understanding how different platforms and processes need to connect.
- Experience working across different organisations, business units or technology environments to define how systems and processes can be integrated.
- Experience translating complex business requirements into clear, practical requirements for technology teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bring different teams together around a common solution.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams and across different time zones.

Contract Details:
- £DOE per day, likely Inside IR35
- Initial 6-month contract, (potential for a 2 year programme)
- UK, Fully Remote
- Experience working across global time zones.
- September start date.
