Content Creator
Location: Reading
Contract: 3-month contract, with potential to go permanent
Working Pattern: 2 days per week
Rate: £300pd
We're looking for confident, creative Content Creators to join an exciting upcoming opportunity working with retail clients. This role is ideal for someone who can go beyond traditional UGC and bring a strong creative eye, personality, and energy to branded content. You'll be creating engaging, social-first content that feels natural, entertaining, and relevant to the audience.
The Role
- Create engaging social-first content for retail brands across platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
- Develop creative ideas and concepts that go beyond basic UGC.
- Be confident and engaging on camera, bringing personality and energy to every piece of content.
- Take content from idea through to filming and delivery.
- Understand social trends, formats, and what makes content perform.
- Work collaboratively with creative and brand teams to develop content that feels authentic while meeting client objectives.
- Create content that is visually strong, entertaining, and aligned with each brand's tone of voice.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience creating content for retail brands is preferred.
- A confident, lively, and outgoing personality.
- Comfortable being on camera and presenting to an audience.
- Strong creative instincts and the ability to come up with ideas beyond standard UGC.
- A good understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and current social trends.
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment and taking creative direction.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating personality-led, social-first content.
