The Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Coordinating engineers and managing schedules across multiple contracts
- Planning reactive and planned maintenance works
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and engineers
- Raising purchase orders and managing job documentation
- Updating systems, spreadsheets and client portals
- Monitoring KPIs and service levels
- Ensuring compliance records are maintained
- Dealing with correspondence professionally
- Supporting the operations team with day-to-day contract administration

Experience within facilities management, maintenance, construction, scheduling, planning or contract coordination would be highly beneficial but not essential.
