CONTRACT COORDINATOR
Rendall & Rittner
Competitive
Home Based
Role Overview
You will play a pivotal role in coordinating contracts across a diverse residential property portfolio, ensuring services are delivered on time, to scope and within budget. Bringing a calm, methodical approach, you will keep multiple moving parts aligned while building strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers and clients.
If you’re a natural organiser with an eye for detail and a gift for clear communication, you’ll thrive here. Experience of contract management is ideal, but just as important is your ability to manage stakeholders, track commitments and keep accurate records so everyone knows where things stand.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
Most days, you will be coordinating contract lifecycles from instruction to renewal, aligning stakeholders, updating trackers and resolving queries quickly. You will review scopes, schedules and SLAs, liaise with suppliers, and ensure documentation, approvals and communications are timely, clear and compliant.
What Success Looks Like
- Contracts are set up, monitored and renewed on time with complete, accurate documentation.
- Stakeholders feel well-informed, with issues anticipated and resolved before they escalate.
- Supplier performance is transparent, tracked against SLAs and improved through proactive follow-up.
- Budgets, variations and approvals are controlled, clearly recorded and audit-ready.
- Portfolio leaders receive concise, insightful reporting that supports smart decisions.
- Processes are continuously improved, reducing cycle times and error rates.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
