About The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Contract Design Estimator to join the Wren family.

The purpose of this role is to effectively design and estimate kitchens to our contracts sector. The ideal candidate will be driven, enthusiastic, and have high levels of organizational ability. This is a permanent, office-based position.
Main Responsibilities:
- Estimate project costs from plans and BOQs
- Produce estimates to meet design and customer needs
- Attend design reviews with clients and sales
- Submit Design Approval packs
- Ensure designs meet requirements and deadlines, and are compliant with regulations and standards
- Provide technical support to team members
- Manage design changes and cost adjustments
- Process sales team POs
- Support new and ongoing projects, revisions, and inquiries
- Coordinate with sales, production, project control, site managers, and clients
- Maintain current drawings and pricing for quotes and project control

You must comply with all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and responsibilities outlined within the Integrated Management System
About You
- Be creative and technical
- Fantastic communication skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and planner/CAD software
- Proficient in reading architectural and kitchen drawings
- Detail-oriented, budget-conscious, and knowledgeable in kitchen planning, installation, and regulations
- Experience in high-volume plan creation
- Estimating or prior design experience
