About Us
Mpowering People is a specialised boutique search firm focused on Smart Mobility/ Tech. We are dedicated to connecting top talent with leading organizations in the mobility sector. As we expand our services, we are seeking a dynamic Contract Division Lead to build and lead our contracts and freelance recruiting area from the ground up.
Role Overview
The Contract Division Lead will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to establish a robust freelance and contract recruitment division. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in contract recruitment, who can lead initiatives, foster relationships, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the contracts and freelance recruitment division.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates in the Smart Mobility / Tech sector.
- Identify and attract top freelance talent, ensuring a diverse and high quality candidate pool.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align recruitment strategies with overall business goals.
- Monitor industry trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement.
- Mentor and lead a team of recruitment professionals as the division grows.
- Explore opportunities for business development and partnerships in the freelance space.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, specifically in contracts and freelance positions.
- Proven track record of successfully building and managing recruitment divisions.
- Strong understanding of the Smart Mobility industry and its talent needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and innovation.
