Our objective is to retain exceptional talent and, as your assignment approaches its conclusion, our Talent Community Advisors will actively work with you to identify suitable future opportunities within Deloitte that align with your skills and experience.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Immigration Consultant to join our Immigration team, delivering high-quality immigration advisory services to corporate and private clients. The successful candidate will provide technically accurate, commercially focused immigration advice while maintaining exceptional client service standards.

This role requires a strong understanding of UK immigration legislation, policies, and processes, combined with the ability to manage complex immigration cases and support clients through international mobility requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver technically accurate and commercially sound immigration advice to clients across a range of immigration matters.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end visa application processes, including Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility, Sponsor Licence, Settlement, and other UK immigration routes.
  • Develop and implement effective immigration case strategies to support international assignments and relocation requirements.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance, mentoring, and quality review support to Immigration Analysts and junior team members.
  • Maintain deep technical knowledge of UK Immigration Rules, Home Office policies, and relevant legislation, ensuring advice remains current and compliant.
  • Monitor and communicate legislative developments, policy changes, and emerging immigration trends that may impact clients.
  • Liaise directly with the UK Home Office and other relevant immigration authorities regarding applications, compliance matters, and case escalations.
  • Prepare detailed strategic, compliance, and risk management advice for multinational organisations and private clients.
  • Support clients with sponsor licence compliance, right-to-work requirements, and broader global mobility considerations.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives, training sessions, thought leadership activities, business development opportunities, and client projects.
  • Utilise Deloitte systems effectively for case management, reporting, data analysis, billing, document management, and administrative activities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and responsive service delivery.
  • Collaborate effectively within diverse and inclusive teams while contributing positively to team objectives and culture.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
