We're supporting a major insurance transformation programme and are looking for a hands-on Business Analyst / Project Manager to help deliver the migration of clients onto a new strategic claims platform.

This is an initial contract position, and we seek a swift start. This would be an ideal role for a change manager operating at the “senior consultant” / “advanced sole-contributor” level.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines business analysis skills with project delivery experience and a good understanding of insurance claims processes, systems and migrations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the migration of clients onto a strategic claims platform as part of an ongoing delivery roadmap.
  • Leading requirements gathering, workshops and stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams.
  • Producing high-quality requirements documentation, process maps and delivery artefacts.
  • Driving business readiness activities, including impact assessments, training support, operational readiness and go-live preparation.
  • Working closely with internal teams, delivery partners and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation outcomes.
  • Identifying risks, challenging requirements and helping shape practical solutions that deliver business value.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
