Energia is undertaking a major transformation programme, Project Prime, to implement Workday Financials, Strategic Sourcing and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). The Workday CLM Administrator will play a critical role in the successful design, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing management of the AI enabled CLM platform which will systemise how Energia sources, onboards third party suppliers and manages third party contracts.
The successful candidate will act as the primary CLM system specialist throughout the programme, working closely with Workstream Delivery Leads and wider Project Team, Implementation Partners, Procurement, Legal, Finance, IT, and stakeholders from across the organisation to establish a modern digital capabilities across sourcing and contract management. Following go-live, the role will transition into the enduring support organisation and will be responsible for platform administration, continuous improvement, user support, release management, contract intelligence capabilities, and AI model optimisation.

What you'll need
- Experience participating in enterprise system implementations.
- Experience working with procurement, legal, contract management, or sourcing processes.
- Strong understanding of sourcing and/or contract lifecycle management processes.
- Experience supporting testing, training, and go-live activities.
- Experience managing business stakeholders across multiple functions.
