Are you an experienced Contracts Manager within the commercial cleaning industry looking for your next opportunity? Do you enjoy leading multi-site operations, developing high-performing teams and building strong client relationships?

The Role
Taking responsibility for a portfolio of sites across Wales and the South West, you’ll lead the delivery of our cleaning operations, ensuring consistently high standards for our clients while supporting, developing and motivating your teams.

- Managing cleaning operations across multiple client sites
- Building strong relationships with clients through regular site visits and service reviews
- Monitoring cleaning standards and client satisfaction through our Quality Service Level Indicator/ECAT procedures
- Managing recruitment, induction, onboarding and training of new employees
- Conducting regular site audits and ensuring Health & Safety standards are maintained
- Resolving client queries and complaints quickly and effectively
- Ensuring teams have the equipment and supplies required to deliver exceptional service
- Managing disciplinary and grievance matters in line with company policies and procedures
- Providing ongoing coaching, guidance and development to your teams
- Driving operational standards, employee engagement and continuous improvement across your portfolio
About You
We’re looking for an experienced operational leader who is passionate about people, service and delivering results.
You’ll ideally have:
- Proven experience managing commercial cleaning contracts/accounts
- Experience managing multiple sites
- A motivational and hands-on management style
- Strong recruitment, onboarding, training and people-development experience
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
- Health & Safety experience or a relevant qualification
- A full clean driving licence
- Flexibility to manage your working day across operational hours between 6am and 9pm, Monday to Friday
