Role Description
The Contract Manager is a full-time position with sites based in the Midlands and Manchester Area.
- Site Visits/surveys resulting in comprehensive meeting notes being relayed to head office operations in a timely manner.
- RAMS & Lift plans completed for your assigned projects in good time.
- Comprehensive customer liaison, ensuring client expectations are fulfilled and met.
- Communicator between operations and clientele.
- Manage and support engineers to ensure site productivity targets are achieved.
- Ensure site progress meets commercial expectations. This will be reviewed monthly.
- Inspection of completed installations incorporating necessary independent check/sign off (when necessary) and checking correct paperwork has been completed.
- Ensure engineers necessary documentation has been compiled correctly and submitted in a timely manner to both clientele and head office.
- Pre-start inspections prior to installation/dismantle activities.
- Point of contact for key clientele.
- Assist with health and safety matters.
- QA of key documentation. Such documents, (but not limited to) pick lists, design drawings, site survey, lift plans/RAMS.
