This is a key commercial role with responsibility for managing the WTB contract and developing strong, collaborative relationships with our customer, business partners, and supply chain.
You will act as the primary point of contact for contractual and commercial matters, providing expert advice throughout the contract lifecycle and helping ensure that G3 delivers its commitments while effectively managing commercial opportunity and risk.

- Identify contractual flow-down requirements and work closely with the Supply Chain Manager to ensure these are incorporated appropriately into the supply chain.
- Provide commercial and contractual support to the Supply Chain function.
- Maintain robust commercial records and filing systems in accordance with G3 processes and applicable legal requirements.
- Manage export licensing and associated commercial governance requirements where applicable.
- Advise on contractual disputes, supporting resolution and escalating significant matters to senior management when required.
- Provide commercial advice to internal stakeholders across the programme, ensuring that contractual obligations, opportunities, and risks are understood.
- Work closely with Finance and Project Management to understand the financial implications of contractual decisions, changes, and project performance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
