A leading Facilities Management provider is seeking a Contract Manager for an urgent 6–12 month fixed-term opportunity. You’ll take overall responsibility for Hard FM service delivery, commercial performance, compliance and client relationships across a complex healthcare contract.
Flexible working arrangements can be considered, with approximately two days per week on site and the remainder working remotely. Candidates able to travel and stay overnight when required are encouraged to apply.
The Role
As The Contract Manager, You’ll
- Lead the delivery and performance of Hard FM services across the contract.
- Manage a multidisciplinary team covering technical, engineering and administrative functions.
- Take responsibility for contract budgets, forecasting, costs and financial performance.
- Manage lifecycle budgets and projects to ensure assets are maintained effectively.
- Ensure statutory compliance and contract standards are consistently achieved.
- Maintain strong relationships with senior clients and key stakeholders.
- Monitor KPIs, risks and opportunities, implementing appropriate improvement plans.
- Produce monthly performance reports covering compliance, workload, risks and opportunities.
- Manage supply chain partners and contractors to ensure service standards are achieved.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Strong PFI Contract Management Experience – Essential.
- Drive a strong culture around safety, quality and customer service.
You To be successful in the role of Contract Manager, you’ll bring:
- Previous FM Experience Within Healthcare Or Another Complex Environment.
- A relevant Facilities, Estates or technical qualification.
- Strong commercial awareness with significant budgetary and forecasting experience.
- Experience managing CAFM systems, compliance and performance reporting.
- Good technical knowledge of building services and Building Regulations.
- Strong client and senior stakeholder management skills.
- A recognised Health & Safety qualification such as IOSH, NEBOSH or SMSTS.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills. Knowledge of healthcare engineering guidance would be advantageous.
