Contract Manager
The Role:
We seek an experienced Contracts Manager to support EMEA & APAC operations. This role requires hands-on contract execution experience, with a deep understanding of practical contract implementation, challenges, and risk mitigation beyond legal aspects. Industry experience is highly advantageous.
The Contracts Manager will be embedded with the sales & proposals teams, actively supporting contract negotiations to align terms and conditions with business objectives. While legal support is available for contracts over €500k, this role is responsible for making key business decisions related to contract terms and governance within the approved thresholds, ensuring consistency across the group.
Additionally, the Contracts Manager will oversee contract governance, compliance, and due diligence, ensuring that sanction checks and financial reviews are conducted before quoting and order logging. The role demands proactive engagement, driving sales teams to provide necessary information and regularly reviewing the three-month lookahead to maintain contract discipline and timely execution.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
