CONTRACT MANAGER – JUDICIAL SECURITY | UK | LONDON
I’m currently supporting a leading UK security services business with the appointment of an experienced Contract Manager to oversee a high-profile judicial security contract.
This is a senior operational role managing a large, multi-skilled security team and acting as a key point of contact for the client.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of the contract, including:
- Leading and developing a team of 20+ security personnel
- Managing supervisors and security officers
- Client liaison, security review meetings and reporting
- Security risk assessments and physical security planning
- Training, compliance and maintaining training matrices
- Rostering and forward workforce planning
- Incident, attendance and performance reporting
- HR, welfare and return-to-work meetings
- Managing sickness, holidays, uniform and additional hours
- Monitoring KPIs and contractual performance
- Supporting P&L management and commercial performance
- Identifying opportunities to improve and extend the service
- Supporting wider business development activity

About You
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous supervisory or management experience within judicial or court security
- Experience managing a team of 20+ personnel
- An active SIA licence
- Strong understanding of CCTV, access control, ID/pass systems and intruder alarms
- Experience with security risk assessments and physical security planning
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisational and reporting skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a demanding operational environment
- Flexibility to support operational requirements, including occasional days, nights and weekends
This would suit someone from a military, policing, judicial security or senior commercial security background who is ready to take ownership of a significant contract.
