Role Description
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of construction projects from drawings to handover. Reporting to the Senior Contracts Manager and Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, to a high standard, and in line with both client expectations and company objectives. This is a hybrid role, with weekly visits to project sites.

Due to continued growth, Flagship Contracts Ltd has a strong pipeline of upcoming projects and is expanding its team accordingly. As a result, we are looking to appoint additional Contracts Managers to help us maintain our high standards of delivery as the business scales.
Salary
£50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise closely with the Senior Contracts Manager and Director to ensure the smooth progression and handover of projects.
- Support the Senior Contracts Manager and Director with the pricing and documentation of projects.
- Ensure the correct materials are procured for each project in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- High level of organisation and attention to detail, with competence in using standard office and project management software.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure projects remain on schedule to meet handover deadlines, provide the client with digital weekly reports.
- Lead and manage a team of employees and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative environment that consistently exceeds client and company expectations.

Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience within the construction industry.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel extensively as required.
- Full UK driving license
- Valid CSCS card
