Contracts Manager – Design & Build Fit Out
Location: London
Salary: Up to £100,000
Start Date: ASAP, although notice periods will be considered
About the Company
An established London-based Design & Build office fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join its growing team. The business specialises in delivering CAT A, CAT A+ and CAT B office fit-out projects, working with a strong portfolio of high-profile clients and a high level of repeat business.
The Role
The Contracts Manager will take responsibility for the commercial and contractual delivery of projects, working closely with the wider project team, clients, subcontractors and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the commercial and contractual performance of projects
- Monitor project costs, financial performance and commercial risk
- Manage variations, valuations and final accounts
- Oversee subcontractor and supplier contracts
- Work closely with Project Managers and delivery teams
- Maintain strong client and supply chain relationships
- Ensure contractual obligations and commercial deliverables are met throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within commercial fit-out / Design & Build
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial management
- Experience managing subcontractors and supply chains
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple commercial and contractual requirements across projects
