🚨 Contract Manager | Β£75,000–£85,000 DOE + Β£5.1k Car Allowance + 10% Bonus

πŸ“ UK-based | Mostly Remote | London travel 1–2 times per month

I'm currently working on an opportunity for an experienced Contract Manager to join a leading technology and IT services organisation.

This is an in-life contract management position, working across large and complex customer accounts. You'll sit within the wider Legal & Commercial function, acting as the link between commercial, operational, account management and legal teams.

What will you be doing?

  • Managing large, complex IT services contracts throughout their lifecycle
  • Managing contractual changes, variations, pricing and service requirements
  • Monitoring contractual obligations and ensuring both parties deliver against agreed commitments
  • Drafting and reviewing contractual and commercial documentation
  • Supporting negotiations with customers and resolving contractual disputes
  • Identifying and proactively managing commercial and contractual risks
  • Working closely with Account Management, Sales, Service Delivery and Legal
  • Acting as a trusted advisor on contractual and commercial issues
  • Supporting the commercial management of major customer accounts and protecting account profitability
  • Working directly with customers where required

What are they looking for?

Ideally, you'll have:

  • Proven experience managing large and complex contracts
  • Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
  • Experience within IT services, technology or managed services
  • Experience managing contract changes, variations and disputes
  • Strong commercial awareness, including understanding of P&L / contract profitability
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and risk-management ability
  • Experience working closely with Legal teams
