Contract Manager Opportunity

Equifind are working with an exciting SaaS company who are in the market for a new Contract Manager to join the UK branch of their business.

This company has been growing rapidly over the last few years and there are more exciting times ahead.

This is a pivotal role giving you full responsibility for managing the full contract lifecycle, supporting commercial negotiations, mitigating risk, and ensuring contractual compliance across a diverse portfolio of enterprise customers, partners, and suppliers.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's commercial, financial, and operational objectives.

If you enjoy working closely with lots of clients and different divisional heads across the business, then this could be a great challenge for you.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, renewing, and terminating contracts
  • Review and negotiate a variety of customer agreements and contracts
  • Partner with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success teams to support commercial negotiations and accelerate deal closure
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual, operational, financial, and regulatory risks
  • Ensure contractual terms align with company policies and commercial objectives
  • Monitor key contractual obligations, milestones, renewals, and compliance requirements
  • Support GDPR, information security, and data privacy requirements in customer and supplier contracts
  • Develop and maintain contract templates
  • Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on contract best practices
  • Collaborate with Legal teams and external counsel when required
  • Produce contract reporting, KPI tracking, and risk analysis for senior management
  • Ad hoc projects as and when needed by the CFO

Experience & Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience in contract management, commercial management, legal operations, procurement, or a related field
  • Previous experience within a SaaS or software firm would be great
  • Strong understanding of SaaS commercial models and subscription-based contracts
  • Experience negotiating customer and supplier agreements
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

About the Business

A private equity backed SaaS business that has been going from strength to strength over the last decade. With offices across the globe, you will be part of an international firm but still be part of a company that is entrepreneurial at heart.

Culture and collaboration are key components to the business’ success and will continue to be at the heart of the business for many years ahead.

This is predominantly a remote role but if you fancy popping into the London office once a quarter to say hello, then that would be great.

Salary

This splendid opportunity for a contracts manager will pay in the region of £60k-£70k, depending on your experience and background.

We would like this assignment to start within the next couple of months, so we will be running interviews over the next few weeks.

You MUST be based in the UK to be considered for this opportunity.
