Role Description
The Contract Manager will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of customer and supplier contracts, ensuring agreements are accurate, compliant, and aligned with company objectives. This full-time hybrid role is based in Lincoln, with a combination of in-office work and some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contract terms
- Coordinating with internal teams such as legal, finance, sales, and operations
- Maintaining a central repository of contracts and related documentation

The Contract Manager will monitor contractual obligations and performance, manage renewals and amendments, and identify risks or issues that require escalation. The role also involves:
- Developing and improving contract policies, templates, and processes
- Supporting bids and tenders
- Providing guidance on contractual best practices to stakeholders across the business
Qualifications
- Experience in contract management, commercial management, or a similar role, preferably within technology, healthcare, or professional services
- Strong skills in contract drafting, review, and negotiation, with the ability to interpret legal and commercial terms clearly and accurately
- Proficiency with contract management systems or document management tools, and confidence working with spreadsheets and reporting software
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across legal, finance, sales, and operational teams
- Strong analytical and risk assessment abilities, including attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving
- Organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple contracts, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of data protection, compliance, and regulatory considerations relevant to healthcare and software contracts is an advantage
- Relevant education such as a degree in law, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; professional contract management or legal qualifications are beneficial
- Comfort working in a hybrid pattern from Lincoln, with the flexibility to attend on-site meetings and collaborate in person as needed
