You will be working in the Building Services OU based in 51 Moorgate where we are responsible for creating healthy workplaces and efficient facilities that improve people’s lives. Through collaboration and innovation, we deliver high-quality solutions that make a lasting, positive impact for people and communities.

We are currently looking for a Contract Manager who will ensure that our delivery performance is in line with contract obligations and Building Services business processes. These services must be delivered to budget expectation or better and with high levels of customer satisfaction.

As The Contract Manager, You Will

  • Manage all Building Services directly employed staff to ensure that their performance meets the agreed and acceptable standards for the service delivery.
  • Manage agreed KPIs and SLAs, ensuring best use of all resources to ensure targets are met.
  • Responsible for managing the company’s H&S and environmental performance on sites.
  • Recruitment of any new staff required on site, whether temporary or full-time staff to ensure site is adequately resourced for service delivery.
  • Responsible for managing the company’s quality procedures on sites.
  • Represent Skanska at all client meetings and (pre & post) audits, including closure of any actions, progress meeting, highlighting improvement items.
  • Responsible for managing Risk Register/F-Gas/Asset replacement verification.

We Are Looking For

  • Ideally 5+ years’ experience delivering a Hard Services FM contract.
  • Management and technical qualification.
  • Experience of managing large commercial sites or a portfolio of sites.
  • Management experience of service delivery in high profile offices.
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and clients.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a varying workload.
