Role Description
The Contract Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Glasgow. This role oversees the end-to-end management of traffic management and event-related contracts, including planning, coordination, and successful delivery of services in line with client requirements and regulatory standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Preparing and reviewing contract documentation
- Managing timelines and budgets
- Coordinating with operations teams and external partners
- Ensuring compliance with safety and local authority regulations

The Contract Manager will monitor project performance, address risks and issues, maintain accurate records, and provide clear communication and reporting to clients and internal stakeholders. The role also involves contributing to continuous improvement, supporting bid and tender processes, and building long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience in a related industry is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, and environmental best practices, and the ability to promote a safety-first culture.
- Experience with BricsCAD and Cone 11 would be advantageous.
