M&E Contract Manager

West Midlands
£58,000 per annum plus car allowance

Our customer is a privately owned, independent M&E and facilities management business, that are growing rapidly. Due to new contract wins they are seeking a Contract Manager to manage a mobile team looking after a mixture of commercial office space, industrial, and high-end residential sites. This role will suit a Contract Manager that wants to take ownership of new clients at the start of the contract, and that wants to progress their career as the company grows.

Main Duties:

  • Manage all building services operations on a multi-site contract.
  • Profit and loss management on contracts worth around £1 million per annum.
  • Provide an escalation point for service performance.
  • Monitor and control SLA agreements and evaluate KPI and contract performance.
  • Develop strong relationships with the clients' site management teams.

Qualifications/Experience needed:

  • Technical background with qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Previous experience in a management or leadership role in the facilities maintenance sector.
  • Experience of managing own profit and loss account and cost control.
