BMS SERVICE CONTRACTS MANAGER
LONDON
£65,000-£75,000 plus team bonus
Are you an experienced BMS service professional ready to lead your own department? Would you like to take ownership of an established £1m service operation and manage a talented engineering team? An established and highly respected BMS specialist is looking for a Service Contracts Manager to take ownership of its £1m service department. You will lead an experienced engineering team, develop long-standing client relationships and shape the future growth of the service operation.

THE ROLE
- Lead the service department, including engineers and coordinators
- Support and develop the newly appointed Service Supervisor
- Manage an established portfolio of BMS service contracts
- Build strong relationships with clients and attend regular site visits
- Oversee planned maintenance, reactive call-outs and remedial works
- Ensure engineering resources are scheduled and deployed effectively
- Maintain service standards, reporting quality and contractual SLAs
- Price additional works and identify opportunities within existing accounts
- Take responsibility for departmental budgets, margins and profitability
- Drive sustainable growth and contribute to wider business strategy

THE PROFILE
- Strong experience within BMS, BEMS or building-controls servicing
- An experienced Service Manager, Team Leader or Service Supervisor
- Confident leading engineers and earning their technical respect
- Comfortable managing clients, contracts and competing priorities
- Able to understand technical issues and price service or remedial work
- Commercially aware, with an interest in departmental performance
- Organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
- Friendly, collaborative and motivated by growing a successful team
FULL PACKAGE DETAILS
- Package: £60,000–£70,000, plus car allowance and performance bonus
- Location: Southeast London, with flexible working
- Opportunity: Lead an established £1m BMS service department with genuine autonomy and influence over its future growth
