Location: Slough
Salary: £55,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to lead the delivery of Hard Facilities Management services across a prestigious client contract in Slough. This role offers responsibility for operational performance, financial management, client relationships, compliance and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of Hard FM services.
- Lead and develop engineering teams and subcontractors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure delivery of PPM and reactive maintenance to agreed KPIs and SLAs.
- Ensure statutory compliance and Health & Safety standards are met.
- Manage contract budgets, forecasts and profitability.
- Produce operational reports and attend client meetings.
- Identify opportunities for service improvements and contract growth.
- Manage contractor performance and service quality.
- Oversee compliance documentation, RAMS and permits to work.
- Deliver small works and minor projects.
- Carry out regular site inspections and compliance audits.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous Contract Manager, Facilities Manager or Operations Manager experience within Facilities Management.
- Strong Hard FM/Building Services background.
- Experience managing engineering teams and subcontractors.
- Proven commercial and budget management experience.
- Excellent knowledge of statutory compliance and Health & Safety.
- Experience delivering PPM and reactive maintenance.
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable
- IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH General Certificate.
- HNC/HND in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
- Experience within logistics, industrial or critical environments.
