Location: Slough

Salary: £55,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to lead the delivery of Hard Facilities Management services across a prestigious client contract in Slough. This role offers responsibility for operational performance, financial management, client relationships, compliance and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of Hard FM services.
  • Lead and develop engineering teams and subcontractors.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ensure delivery of PPM and reactive maintenance to agreed KPIs and SLAs.
  • Ensure statutory compliance and Health & Safety standards are met.
  • Manage contract budgets, forecasts and profitability.
  • Produce operational reports and attend client meetings.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvements and contract growth.
  • Manage contractor performance and service quality.
  • Oversee compliance documentation, RAMS and permits to work.
  • Deliver small works and minor projects.
  • Carry out regular site inspections and compliance audits.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous Contract Manager, Facilities Manager or Operations Manager experience within Facilities Management.
  • Strong Hard FM/Building Services background.
  • Experience managing engineering teams and subcontractors.
  • Proven commercial and budget management experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of statutory compliance and Health & Safety.
  • Experience delivering PPM and reactive maintenance.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable

  • IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH General Certificate.
  • HNC/HND in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
  • Experience within logistics, industrial or critical environments.
