ATS Gas Services Ltd provide maintenance, repair and installation services to renewable, oil and gas fired heating systems for clients across Northern Ireland. Our clients include Housing Associations, Health Trusts, Education Establishments and the private sector.

We are recruiting for a Contract Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will lead the service delivery of contracts for ATS. You will be the technical lead for advice and guidance on heating and gas safety matters for the company. This includes supporting field engineers and office staff with technical advice. You will oversee servicing, maintenance and new installations. The role is key to our contract and technical compliance. Specific knowledge of the gas safety regulations, code of practice and GasSafe rules of registration will be required.

Salary

£45,000.00 - £55,000 depending on experience

Key responsibilities

  • Contract management of existing contracts with clients.
  • Technical coaching & advice: Technical support for field engineers and helpdesk staff.
  • Remedials management: Ensure remedials are carried out in line with contract service level agreements, verify completion quality.
  • Planned works oversight: Validate designs, material lists, health and safety RAMS; supply chain management; witness/approve commissioning and sign-off.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Carry out Post-inspections & Technical Audits; manage competence of engineers; ensure records align with GS(I&U)R (NI) 2004 and HSENI L56 ACOP.
  • Stakeholder liaison: Attend client meetings, handle escalations, produce technical reports, keep up to date with industry changes including training event attendance.

Essential requirements

  • ACS qualifications (current or previously held)
  • 3 years contract management experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.

Desirable requirements

  • Boiler repairs
  • Non domestic ACS qualifications (current or previously held)
  • Understanding of common contract forms used in NI (NEC, NHF, etc)

This role is primarily office based with attendance on site and at clients premises as required.
