Your new company

A highly regarded infrastructure contractor is looking to appoint a Contract Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple civil engineering and maintenance projects across the North West.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a strong reputation, long-term client relationships, and a significant workload secured for the coming years.

Your new role

Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for managing the operational delivery, programme performance, and commercial success of multiple projects.

Key duties include:

  • Leading multidisciplinary project teams
  • Managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement
  • Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
  • Monitoring programme performance and resource allocation
  • Supporting business growth and identifying new opportunities
  • Managing project risks and operational performance

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience within a Contract Manager, Operations Manager, or Senior Project Management role
  • Civil engineering, highways, infrastructure, or maintenance sector experience
  • Strong leadership and client-facing skills
  • Commercial awareness and contract management experience
  • Track record of delivering projects safely and profitably
