Job Description
As our business continues to grow we are looking for a Contracts Manager to join our close knit team to deliver projects across a variety of markets.
The role would primarily involve working in the Midlands and South of England. The core function of the role would be to manage new orders through to ‘sign off’ on completion. To achieve success would require organising and managing Pre Start Meetings, setting out and managing sites, managing installation teams (both in house and sub contractor) and liaising with the Sales Team and customers to achieve excellent outcomes.

In addition to this core role would be the requirement when required to assume the role of a service Engineer to carrying out maintenance and minor additional works on existing Outdoor Play UK sites.

We are looking for the right person to maintain these levels through energy, positivity, organisation and time management skills. Demonstrating attention to detail and possessing very good communication skills are also essential.

Ideally the role requires the following;
- To be based close to the M1/M40 corridor
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the Playground Industry
- Working knowledge of relevant standards
- IT literate and possess practical skills to use hand tools
Salary £45k + based on experience. Commercial vehicle and necessary devices (phone, iPad, laptop).
