Your first project will be on our Thameside project based onsite in Tilbury, Essex. This is a varied and highly visible role, providing expert commercial and contractual guidance across industrial EPC, lot projects, from pre-award tender activities through to project execution, service, warranty, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide commercial and contractual support throughout the full project lifecycle, advising on contract negotiations, reviewing commercial terms, identifying contractual risks and opportunities, and supporting tender submissions to ensure robust commercial strategies are developed before project award.
  • Lead the commercial and contractual management of assigned projects, service contracts, and warranty activities, acting as the primary UK point of contact for contract matters while supporting Project Managers with change management, claims, commercial negotiations, dispute avoidance, and the successful resolution of contractual issues.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders including Procurement, Legal, Finance, Project Delivery, and Supply Management to ensure subcontract and supplier agreements appropriately flow down client contract requirements, commercial risks are effectively managed, and project budgets, forecasts, and cost-to-complete activities remain commercially robust.
  • Drive commercial performance and continuous improvement by identifying project risks and mitigation strategies, supporting warranty activities and defect resolution, participating in commercial meetings with clients and subcontractors, and contributing to the development of commercial best practice across Kanadevia Inova's UK operations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
