We're supporting a growing workplace design & build contractor with an immediate requirement for an experienced Project Manager / Contract Manager to oversee 4 live workplace fit-out and refurbishment projects across:
- Eastleigh
- Oxford
- West Malling
- Woking
Depending on where you've worked, this role may have been called Project Manager, Senior Project Manager or Contract Manager. What matters most is your ability to successfully manage multiple projects while maintaining control of programme, costs and client relationships.
The Role
Working closely with the leadership team, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of live projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, profitably and to a high standard.

Responsibilities
- Managing multiple workplace fit-out and refurbishment projects simultaneously
- Financial forecasting and cost reporting
- Commercial performance and profitability
- Programme management and coordination
- Client and stakeholder management
- Subcontractor management
- Site visits, progress reviews and reporting
- SMSTS-led site oversight
- Driving projects through to successful completion
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering workplace fit-out or refurbishment projects
- Experience managing multiple live projects simultaneously
- Strong commercial awareness
- Experience producing cost reports and forecasts
- SMSTS certification
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to travel between project locations

Location
Candidates based around Woking, Guildford, Farnborough, Reading, Basingstoke or surrounding areas are likely to be best positioned for the spread of projects.
