Climate17 is delighted to be partnering with a growing engineering consultancy specialising in heat networks, building services, and low-carbon energy to recruit a Contracts Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity to lead the delivery of heat network refurbishment and decarbonisation projects across the UK, working closely with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams from project inception through to completion.
The Role
You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously, taking responsibility for programme delivery, contractor management, commercial performance, and stakeholder engagement whilst ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Typical projects include:
- Heat network refurbishment
- Energy centre upgrades
- HIU replacement programmes
- Heat pump retrofit projects
- Plant room refurbishments
- BMS and controls upgrades
We're looking for:
- Experience delivering M&E or Building Services construction projects
- Strong contractor and stakeholder management experience
- Knowledge of contract administration and commercial management
- Experience managing programmes, budgets, and project delivery
- Heat network or district heating experience would be advantageous
