We are currently looking for a Contract Manager to oversee service delivery at Lion Plaza in the City of London, ensuring all contractual obligations and Building Services business processes are met. You will be responsible for driving strong operational performance, delivering services within or below budget, and maintaining exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
You will be working in the Building Services Operating Unit - Commercial Property Maintenance team where we are responsible for delivering nationwide facilities management, including M&E support, cleaning, catering, and grounds maintenance, using technology for efficient planned and reactive services.

As The Contract Manager, You Will
- Lead and manage all directly employed Building Services staff, ensuring performance consistently meets agreed service delivery standards.
- Oversee agreed KPIs and SLAs, making the best use of available resources to achieve and exceed targets where possible.
- Take responsibility for health, safety and environmental performance across the site, ensuring compliance with company standards and promoting a positive safety culture.
- Manage site quality procedures, ensuring services are delivered in line with company requirements and expected standards.
- Take ownership of the site profit and loss account, managing performance to achieve agreed margins.
- Lead recruitment for site-based roles, including temporary and permanent positions, ensuring the site remains appropriately resourced to support effective service delivery.

We Are Looking For
- Demonstrable experience delivering Hard Services FM contracts in a comparable setting.
- Experience contributing to business development and growth opportunities.
- A recognised management qualification or equivalent experience in a leadership role.
- Experience overseeing large commercial sites, including contracts of significant annual value, in excess of £1.5 million per annum.
- Experience managing service delivery in high-profile office environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities and workload effectively.
