Contract Manager
Worthing, West Sussex | Hybrid Working (2 days per week in office)
Alexander Lloyd are partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a Contract Manager on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional to take ownership of a portfolio of key supplier contracts, ensuring contractual value is realised, risks are effectively managed, and supplier relationships are continually developed.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll play a pivotal role in driving supplier performance, managing commercial obligations, and ensuring robust contract governance throughout the contract lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage supplier relationships across a portfolio of strategic contracts.
- Ensure contractual obligations, rebates, discounts and commercial commitments are realised.
- Lead contract reviews, renewals, extensions and variation management.
- Act as an escalation point for contractual and supplier issues.
- Monitor supplier performance and compliance against contractual requirements.
- Support commercial risk management and business continuity initiatives.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence positive outcomes across the business.

About You
- Previous experience within Contract Management, Supplier Management, Vendor Management or Commercial Management.
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
- Commercially astute with a proactive approach to problem solving.
- CIPS, WorldCC or equivalent qualification desirable.
